Senior Sous Chef – High-End Restaurant, East Sussex
Location: Near Camber Sands, East Sussex
Salary: £38,000–£42,000 per annum, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Manage a designated section of the kitchen, maintaining efficiency and organization.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Mentor and support junior kitchen staff, promoting a positive work environment.
Our Restaurant:
- Service Hours: Open for dinner seven evenings a week; lunch service on weekends.
- Covers: 20-30 for dinner; 50-60 on weekends; lunch service accommodates 30-60 covers.
- Special Events: Hosts corporate events for high-level fashion brands and 10-12 select weddings annually.
- Team: A dedicated brigade of six chefs committed to culinary excellence.
