Description

My client are looking for someone qualified (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) who has at least 7-10 years' experience working in either a Financial Accountant, Management Accountant, or Group Reporting role.

It will be your responsibility to look after end-end reporting, including the following;

  • Ensure accurate completion of management accounts preparation and supporting information, and group reporting template.
  • Produce Group Management Accounts and reporting template.
  • VAT submission within required deadlines.Production of Statutory Financial Statements as required.
  • Management Accounts of various other Group entities.
  • To assist with supporting monthly information to the accounts as directed by Head of Finance/FD
  • Preparation of groups supporting files for consolidation as directed
  • To be involved in the preparation and collation of the overseas subsidiary budgets as directed by the Head of Finance.
  • Ensure that the UK royalties are completed within the required deadlines.
  • Assistance with ad-hoc financial modelling as required
  • Ensure that all relevant legal aspects are adhered to for the overseas subsidiaries within your remit.
  • Point of contact for Statutory audits for entities under the remit
  • Liaising with auditors during annual audit.

Profile

  • Qualified Accountant; ACA/ACCA/CIMA
  • At least 7-10 years' experience
  • Experience looking after end-end reporting in either a Financial Accountant or Management Accountant role
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Sound knowledge of IT systems and accounting packages.
  • Excellent excel knowledge
  • Good attention to detail and record keeper.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Flexible and professional approach to work.
