Are you an Operations / Project Manager from a Renewables background looking for an autonomous role in a fast growing company offering excellent progression, hybrid working, a car allowance and ongoing training?
This company work across the Electrical sector in Solar, HVAC and EV Charging, providing installation and maintenance services in both Domestic and Commercial settings. Due to their continued growth they are looking to add an Operations Manager to their tight knit team who can support the ongoing expansion of their Renewables division.
In this varied role your responsibilities will include producing contracts, resourcing and procuring new business and overseeing the technical team to ensure work is carried out to the correct Health and Safety standards. This is largely an office based role with occasional site visits across the North West.
This role would suit an ambitious Operations / Project Manager from a Renewables sector looking to join a growing company, who offer excellent benefits as well as the opportunity to progress into Senior roles.
The Role:
- Resourcing and procuring new business contracts.
- Overseeing a team of technicians to ensure the smooth running of projects.
- Working within a tight knit team.
The Person:
- Experience as an Operations / Project / Site Manager.
- Background in the Renewables division, specifically Solar / EV charging.
- Commutable to Swinton.
