Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: North-West / Midlands Based - Flexibility for travel required

Remuneration: Daily rate between £445 - £550

Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract for 12 months

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver innovative and leading decarbonised energy solutions.
  • Support colleagues, outperform for our clients, and contribute to quality and profit.
  • Manage and lead a team of project personnel to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Promote industry-leading standards in safety and construction.
  • Actively drive a positive safety culture of zero incidents.
  • Provide a high level of customer experience along the customer journey.
  • Be accountable for the financial performance of the project.
  • Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, project controls, and reporting.
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects to time, cost, quality, and safety.
  • Collaborate with matrix support from other functions, such as Sales, Engineering, and O&M.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
  • Possess experience managing HSE in an engineering and construction environment.
  • Have a strong understanding of the technology being installed.
  • Work with a mix of in-house and third-party labour on large complex on-site energy projects.
  • Use strong commercial acumen to drive financial success.
  • Experience working with complex users of energy, such as solar, CHP, or hospitals.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer delivery and internally facing role.
  • Relevant Project Management qualification or equivalent.
  • Degree in Engineering/Technical preferred but not essential.
  • Safety qualification such as IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
