Our new service sector client based in sunny Salford are recruiting for a technically strong Data Analyst to join the growing team. This exciting opportunity is now live as they have gone through recent growth and expansion over the year or so. As a result they need this Data Analyst role filled with a candidate who can add value through data interpretation and analysis to drive the commercial decision making process of the business.Data Analyst Responsibilities include - 

• Data collection cleaning & analysis, gathering data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct analysis, identifying trends and any anomalies
• Development and maintenance of dashboards and key reports
• Provision of key insights across the business
• Drive decision making through development of analytical models
• Assistant finance with the creation of board packs and forecasts
• Support the wider finance function with tasks and reporting

To be successful in your application you must be able to demonstrate experience as a Data Analyst in a similar role.Key Experience - 

• Strong experience in utilising Excel including pivot tables and data visualisation techniques
• Proficiency on data tools such as Power BI or similar will be advantageous
• Be able to work under pressure to meet key deadlines and prioritise workload essential
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill set
• Exposure to finance or bookkeeping will be advantageous
• Exceptional communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Proactive and resilient self-starter, a team player, passionate and motivated
