a leading Salfordian business looking for an experienced PostgresSQL DBA responsible for the configuration and maintenance of their opensource PostgresSQL databases. You will also be involved in performance monitoring as well as database design and data management.
You will be highly competent in PostgresSQL databases, backup and disaster recovery as well as Linux / Unix operating systems and HA clustering, ideally using Patroni.
Experience of Elasticsearch, Kibana and Amazon Quicksight would be highly advantageous.
This is an office based role and you will be required to working at their Salford address during the working week. a simple 10 min walk from Salford Crescent.
