Insolvency ParalegalManchester/HybridSalary: CompetitiveAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal specialising in Insolvency to join a reputable firm, providing key support to the team. The role involves a mix of administrative, legal, and research tasks, offering valuable exposure to a fast-paced legal environment.  The Role:
  • Managing case administration on the SOS case management system, including opening, closing, and updating matters.
  • Preparing court and mediation bundles.
  • Drafting legal updates and blog articles for the firm's website.
  • Attending court hearings, mediations, and meetings to take detailed notes and minutes.
  • Ensuring file compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.
  • Assisting with the billing process and liaising with the finance team.
  • Drafting correspondence and legal documents.
  • Conducting legal research.
  • Handling telephone calls for the team.
  • Supporting operational reviews and process improvements.
  • Coordinating multi-party meetings, including travel arrangements, scheduling, and document preparation.
