Job Title: Assets & Compliance Coordinator

Location: Swinton

Contract Details: Temporary role ( 10 months)

Salary: £13 - £16ph

Responsibilities:

  • Record and update asset and compliance data within the organisation's asset management system
  • Coordinate with contractors and service partners to ensure the successful delivery of planned preventative maintenance programmes
  • Work closely with Building and M&E Surveys to process quotations and requests for works promptly
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and external agencies to arrange access to properties not directly managed by the team
  • Extract and analyse data from the asset management system to provide accurate reports to senior management and executive teams
  • Upload compliance documentation to the asset management system
  • Attend contractor meetings and take minutes as required
  • Provide frontline support for contractor and client inquiries relating to asset compliance
  • Track and monitor remedial actions and tasks, ensuring completion within SLAs

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Previous experience in a senior administrative or coordinator role, preferably within the property management sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience using and updating CAFM/asset management systems
  • Ability to establish positive working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent prioritisation and time management abilities

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Working knowledge of managing M&E and cyclical programmes, with an understanding of current regulations
  • Experience and/or qualifications in asset compliance fields
  • Experience within local authority and education sectors
