Freight Forwarding Business Development Manager
Location: Salford, Manchester
Job Type: Full Time (Mon-Fri) - Hybrid Working
Salary: Up to 45,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission & Additional Benefits / Bonuses To be discussed
From You:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding services, shipping operations, and international trade regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the company's objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office; familiarity with logistics management tools is a plus.
- A network of industry contacts is a strong advantage.
