Service Desk Analyst, Microsoft Troubleshooting, M365, Salisbury, On-Site
Service Desk Analyst required to work for a Professional Services business based in Salisbury. This is not a remote, nor hybrid. It will be based on site and you may work from home on the odd, exceptional occasion.
We need someone who is a very experienced Microsoft Stack Service Desk Analyst with solid experience within:
M365
Active Directory
SaaS
PaaS
Some Networking knowledge
Ability to take on some Second Line queries on occasions, but mainly dealing with a 3rdparty organisation to help with this
Being proactive
We want someone who is driven, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. We also want someone who is ambitious and who wants to progress in their career.
