It is extremely busy so you need high volume fast paced experience.
General Manager - is this you?
- Experience as a restaurant/cafe/coffee shop/cafe bakery/catering manager in a high volume, fast paced commercial customer facing operation
- A passion for high quality food and drink
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail
- A strong people manager with the ability to recruit, train & motivate a team to achieve results
- Financially and commercially astute with the ability to build sales
General manager - main duties
- Manage all day to day operations, including people, stocks & finances
- Recruit, train and develop your team
- Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
- Maintain high standards of customer service & compliance
- Drive sales to achieve budgets, targets and your bonus
