General Manager - is this you?

  • Experience as a restaurant/cafe/coffee shop/cafe bakery/catering manager in a high volume, fast paced commercial customer facing operation
  • A passion for high quality food and drink
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail
  • A strong people manager with the ability to recruit, train & motivate a team to achieve results
  • Financially and commercially astute with the ability to build sales

General manager - main duties

  • Manage all day to day operations, including people, stocks & finances
  • Recruit, train and develop your team
  • Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
  • Maintain high standards of customer service & compliance
  • Drive sales to achieve budgets, targets and your bonus
