We are looking for a versatile and proactive Office Manager to join our client’s team and play a key role in supporting their growth. This role will provide essential administrative support to various departments, ensuring an outstanding customer experience both internally and externally. As THE Office Manager , you will work closely with the the company directors and management team.
As the Office Manager you will be working with all members of the team and be a central point of contact, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This varied role will see you involved in everything from scheduling meetings to managing office supplies and supporting the implementation of company wide initiatives.
Key tasks will include:
- Executive support to the leadership team, organising site meetings, customer meetings, travel arrangement and other key events.
- Manage office operations, greeting visitors and overseeing office supplies.
- Actively participate in projects, policies and strategy implementation, as needed.
- Update and maintain SharePoint with relevant news and information for employees.
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence. .
- Assist with general administrative duties as required.
We're looking for the ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and strong interpersonal skills in this.
