With a strong market presence and a reputation for excellence, they are looking for a driven leader to take their branch to the next level. Role Overview:As the Branch Manager, you will oversee the sales and lettings teams, manage day-to-day operations, and drive performance across both business streams. You will lead by example, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service while consistently hitting and exceeding sales and lettings targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the Salisbury branch, ensuring smooth operations across sales and lettings.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and lettings teams to achieve KPIs and branch goals.
  • Act as the primary contact for high-value clients and landlords.
  • Maximise market share through effective canvassing, prospecting, and marketing strategies.
