Role Overview:As the Branch Manager, you will oversee the sales and lettings teams, manage day-to-day operations, and drive performance across both business streams. You will lead by example, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service while consistently hitting and exceeding sales and lettings targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the Salisbury branch, ensuring smooth operations across sales and lettings.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and lettings teams to achieve KPIs and branch goals.
- Act as the primary contact for high-value clients and landlords.
- Maximise market share through effective canvassing, prospecting, and marketing strategies.
- Conduct property appraisals for both sales and lettings, providing accurate valuations and winning instructions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including AML and GDPR regulations.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyse market trends to remain competitive.

- Proven experience in sales and lettings management within the property industry.
