gap healthcare are currently recruiting for a new and exciting opportunity on behalf of our clients based in Salisbury seeking a full time Team Coordinator to join a well-established and committed team.

As the Team Coordinator you will be part of an inclusive team empowered to create innovated ways to support people with a learning disability to achieve their own personal goals,  living the life they choose. 

Your role will be to work alongside the Community Support Leader to help manage a team of Support Workers & Seniors to achieve their objectives of delivering complexed support to adults with a learning disability within the community in a supported living setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Support people with complex needs.
  • Collaborate with the Community Support Leader.
  • Manage and supervise a team.
  • Implement support plans and rotas.
  • Conduct staff supervisions and observations.
  • Provide direct support and community access.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a senior care role and managing/supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Knowledge of Care Inspectorate and CQC regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Compassionate, caring, and confident.
  • Driver with access to car.
