Role: Temporary initially with opportunity to move to fixed term contract / permanent.

You will specialise in areas such as enquiry management, booking management, event administration, or reporting and data, contributing to successful service delivery and continuous improvement.

Day-to-Day of the Role:
  • Enquiry Management: Handle service users' requirements from quoting to confirming dates, ensuring a smooth transition to the booking team.
  • Booking Management: Manage the booking process, send out joining instructions, and raise accurate purchase orders for suppliers.
  • Event Administration: Oversee full administration of events post-booking, including working with client LMS/Portal/Focal Point as required.
  • Reporting & Data: Assist in compiling accurate management information and other client and internal reporting, handle reconciliation queries, and ensure accurate invoicing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to establish strong relationships and drive value for customers.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Experience in identifying and resolving issues promptly, with a focus on solutions that enhance service quality.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to adapt and innovate.
  • Autonomous and proactive in managing workload.
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Confidence to challenge and influence clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Experience in a business-to-business client-focused environment.
  • Ability to analise data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
