Job Overview:

As a Front Line Supervisor you'll ensure all work is carried out safely using your expert skillset. You'll lead the team by setting operatives to work and delivering clear and confident pre-job briefs. Your planning and coordination skills will shine as you assist in planning work and managing orders and deliveries of construction materials. Organizing staff work schedules to maximize efficiency will also be a part of your day-to-day activities. You'll be responsible for completing records for site reports and attending site management meetings. Conducting regular workplace assurance activities and completing detailed reports will be essential to maintaining high standards. Onboarding new personnel by delivering thorough inductions will ensure they are well-prepared for their roles. Collaboration is crucial, so you'll liaise with Project Managers to address any on-site issues. Ensuring all resources are qualified in their roles will be another important aspect of your responsibilities.
