Job Title: Business Development Manager (FX Solutions)

Location: Hybrid - 3 days in office (Peterborough), 2 days remote

Salary: Up to £50,000 + Bonus and Benefits

Company Overview: Our client is a global leader in financial technology, specialising in foreign exchange (FX) and cross-border payment solutions. They provide advanced payment execution, risk management tools, and integration technologies to help businesses optimise their international transactions. Their solutions offer data security, hedging against exchange rate fluctuations, and expert FX support.

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience selling FX solutions to enterprise businesses. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and helping businesses mitigate FX risks through tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise businesses, identifying new opportunities in the FX and cross-border payments space.

Present and sell our client’s FX risk management tools and payment solutions, including hedging strategies and forward contracts.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive business development and strategic client management.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of FX solutions.

Provide expert consultation to clients on managing foreign exchange risks and optimising international transactions.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in selling FX solutions to enterprise businesses.

Strong understanding of foreign exchange markets and risk management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet business goals.

Based in or near Peterborough, with flexibility to work remotely two days a week.
