We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our Accounting & Finance department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in preparing, developing, and analysing key financial information to support decision-making processes within our Industrial / Manufacturing sector.

Description
- Preparing accurate monthly management accounts
- Analysing financial performance and contributing to medium and long-term business planning/forecasts
- Financial Reporting for the Sales / Commercial teams.
- Offering professional judgement on financial matters and advising on ways of improving business performance
- Interpreting and communicating financial data to non-financial managers
- Implementing corporate governance procedures, risk management and internal controls
- Collaborating with the wider finance team
- Documenting and monitoring internal controls in support of auditing team
- Coordinating more complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance team
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A degree or similar qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Professional certification (e.g. Part Qualified / Finalist CIMA, ACCA)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and familiarity with relevant accounting software
- Comprehensive knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills / Some Business Partnering
- Ability to work in a team and to build strong working relationships
- 4 days in the office 1 day wfh
