Summary:
A4G are looking for a newly qualified accountant with 4 years+ experience in practice to join our ambitious and driven team as a Client Manager. The role will see you managing your own client base, being responsible for the delivery of advice, support and compliance work for clients, reviewing work completed by junior staff and supporting the development of the junior team. In the long term, the role offers progression and growth for you with possible future development into niche tax or accounting roles and opportunities to sign up clients of your own.

Attributes required:
- A keen interest in delivering excellent customer service to clients
- Experience managing clients
- Experience managing staff and reviewing work in these areas: Tax returns, Accounts and Bookkeeping
- Ability to work to deadlines under pressure and be dedicated, enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Effective at delegating tasks to more junior members of staff
- Existing knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102, including section 1A, and FRS 105), and UK taxation matters (including Corporation Tax and Self-assessment)
- Excellent IT skills and experience of using accounting packages including Xero, Iris, Sage and QuickBooks
- Personable with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Qualifications and Experienced required:
- Minimum of 4 years of working in practice.
- Qualified with ACA or ACCA
