We are an established Recruitment Agency on an exciting growth plan! Due to our success, we are expanding our team, and looking for a Senior Administrator / PA to join our team, supporting our Senior Managers.

We are looking for somebody with strong Admin, IT and organisation skills who thrives in a fast paced environment.

Key Duties:

  • Preparing and placing job adverts on behalf of senior team
  • Booking events, restaurants, hotels and travel arrangements
  • Arranging charity events / donations
  • CRM system admin - ensuring all activity and details of candidates and clients are logged appropriately
  • Formatting candidate CVs to match our branding
  • Supporting the senior team with resourcing candidates using job boards and Linked In, highlighting candidates with the correct skills and experience
  • Booking interviews with candidates and clients
  • Completing background and compliance checks where required, including: right to work and criminal record checks
  • General Office Admin Support as required, including answering the phone, taking messages and transferring calls to the appropriate team member.
