Part Time PA – Property Industry

TEMP TO PERM – 4 DAYS PER WEEK 8AM-5.30PM Monday to Thursday

Tonbridge – 4 days on site (non-negotiable)

£38K pro rata.

Rare, sought after opportunity for a part time PA to join a small but established company within the Property sector. This is an immediate start, temp to perm role working Monday to Thursday on site in Tonbridge 8.30am-5.00pm.

No two days will be the same in this role! You will be directly supporting two senior people within the business, with support to the wider team where necessary.

Duties for this role include:

  • Providing comprehensive PA support to the MD and Project Manager including diary management, arranging meetings, email management and dealing with first line enquiries
  • Carrying out personal PA duties in addition to the business needs
  • Offering key administrative support to Projects, including research, presentation preparation and data analysis
  • Meticulous document management
  • Using Excel regularly to present, report and analyse data
  • Maintaining and improving administrative processes
  • Providing a first point of contact within the business, acting as a brand ambassador and offering a hospitable meet and greet to any stakeholders
  • Offering general facilities management support, including re-stocking the kitchen and stationery, going to the post office etc. etc.

The successful PA will have:

  • Solid PA experience from the Property or related industry
  • The ability to use Excel to at least intermediate level
  • A good eye for detail
  • An excellent grasp of the English language both written and verbal
  • A pro-active and efficient way of working
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • A flexible approach to work, happy to carry out a range of tasks from making tea to the more senior duties such as research for projects – this is a small team and there are more menial tasks expected within the role
  • The ability to work 4 days on site
