If you’re seeking a long-term role where you’ll be appreciated and supported, this could be the perfect fit for you. The RoleYou’ll be handling a mix of bookkeeping, office admin and vehicle management. Whilst maintaining financial records, you’ll process invoices and reconcile accounts, along with handling accounts payable and receivable. You can also expect to support with company vehicle tax, insurance and AA cover. Other duties will include: 
  • Assisting with VAT returns, tax filings and payroll processing 
  • Generating financial reports for management review 
  • Supporting in budget tracking and expense management 
This is a role where no two days are the same, and you’ll be given the tools and training to succeed in every aspect. The Ideal CandidateAs our ideal candidate, you’ll have a strong understanding of financial record-keeping, excellent attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn new systems. Experience in a bookkeeping position is essential, along with proficiency in Sage. You will also have: 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Experience in the electrical, manufacturing or construction industry, or a similar field 
  • A great ability to multitask, handling a busy office environment efficiently
