About the Role: Our client, a leading company based in Sheffield, is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely, with occasional visits to the Sheffield office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing contracts, bids, and tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and managing contracts.
  • Handling the renewal process for contracts.
  • Logging and managing contract expiration.
  • Creating and managing subscriptions and invoicing processes.
  • Generating service and validation orders.
  • Conducting periodic invoicing for contracts.
  • Compiling KPI data for key accounts.
  • Addressing customer complaints and queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Reporting operational challenges to senior management.
  • Preparing tender documents for submissions.
  • Analysing trends for margin and profitability.
  • Building strong relationships with the supply chain
  • Ensuring timely renewal of service and validation contracts for existing customers.
  • Managing the timely renewal of service contracts and ensuring purchase orders are received.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contract management and involvement in bids and tenders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Local to the Sheffield area for occasional office visits.
