Ambition are supporting one of our top law firm clients, with a number of roles for experienced Credit Controllers to join their team in Sheffield. This is a great opportunity to work with a global firm, offering a competitive salary, hybrid working (50% in the office) and some great benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the firm's debtors while maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Deliver high-quality services with a focus on responsiveness and client satisfaction.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to maximise efficiency.
  • Enforce credit policies, resolve queries, and handle bad/doubtful debts.
  • Conduct daily debt reviews and liaise with clients to ensure timely payments.
  • Work closely with the Debt Recovery Team to minimise overdue debt.
  • Perform account reconciliations and produce manual statements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Knowledge of credit control processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and flexibility in approach.
  • Experience with legal billing systems is a plus.
