Customer Service Advisors
Location: Ecclesall Road, Sheffield, S11 9PS
Working hours:40 hours per week, working 5 days, shifts available between the hours of 8am-10pm Monday to Sunday so would suit people that may prefer afternoons / evenings as well as day hours!
Salary: This role has a basic hourly salary of 拢11.44(23,795.20 per annum) plus performance bonus of up to 拢100 per month (paid in arrears)
We are looking for friendly Customer Service Advisors to join our client鈥檚 Customer Care team. The Customer Service Advisors are responsible for communicating with patients either over the phone, live chats/messaging, on email, and over social media.
You will work alongside Pharmacists & Clinicians to ensure exceptional clinical care and customer care is consistently delivered, and that patient safety is never compromised. We expect our Customer Service Advisors to consistently deliver prompt service, resolve problems efficiently and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. What you鈥檒l be doing:
路 Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers
路 Assist customers via emails, phones, and live chats/messaging
路 Collaborative work with other departments such as clinical and pharmacy team
路 Ensure patient requests are handled in a timely manner
路 Collecting customer feedback to share with senior agents and team leads
路 Support with new hire training when needed
What you鈥檒l bring to the role:
路 Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
路 Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or call centre role
路 Experience handling multi-channel contact support (Email, Chat, Phone)
路 Experience using cloud-based platforms E.g. Zendesk
路 Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have:
路 Pharmacy experience (online or retail)
路 Customer service experience in a medical / healthcare setting

路 The role will involve 1 week of on-site training, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
