About the Role: As a Supply Cover Supervisor, you will supervise students across a range of subjects in the absence of their regular teachers. You will ensure that students remain on task with their work and manage classroom behaviour effectively. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking flexible work in schools, with the chance to build experience in a variety of classroom settings.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising students during lesson times and ensuring they stay on task.

• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.

• Providing support for students with any queries or difficulties with their work.

• Reporting any issues to school staff at the end of the lesson.

• Following lesson plans and ensuring students remain productive.

Key Requirements:

• Experience working with young people (desirable, but not essential).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive and professional attitude.

• Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.

• Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this if needed).
