A renowned educational establishment is currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Hospitality & Catering Trainer to cover on an ongoing basis. Access to state-of-the-art facilities and a supportive environment for both students and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with Catering students, training within the classroom.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate their academic development.
  • Assessing course work for the students through theory and practical.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum, incorporating the latest industry trends and advancements.

Requirements:

  • Experience delivering City & Guilds qualifications up to a level 2 standard
  • An enhanced DBS.
  • A teaching qualification is advantageous but not essential.
  • The ability to cover both theory and practical sessions.
