Reed Business Support are delighted to be supporting a fantastic client who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant/Senior Administrator to join their team in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide support in various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Senior Administrator, or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 DOE
