Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of qualifications and certifications.
  • Handle enquiries from learners, employers, and training providers.
  • Process applications and registrations for qualifications.
  • Maintain and update the database of learners and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the education or training sector is desirable.

This is a full-time role.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 16:30pm. 16:00pm finish on Friday.
