Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of qualifications and certifications.
- Handle enquiries from learners, employers, and training providers.
- Process applications and registrations for qualifications.
- Maintain and update the database of learners and qualifications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the education or training sector is desirable.

This is a full-time role.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 16:30pm. 16:00pm finish on Friday.Â
