Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries (email, phone, external sales team)
- Prepare & follow up on sales quotes
- Process orders and assist with product selection
What Were Looking For:
- 2+ years in sales/customer service (industrial/tooling experience a plus)
- Strong communication skills & confident phone manner
- Proactive, team-oriented, and commercially aware
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office
