Our client, a fast-growing and innovative company, is seeking a Salesforce Tech Team Lead to join their team. This is a player/manager role, where you’ll balance leading a team with hands-on contribution to Salesforce solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Team Leadership - Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Salesforce professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Technical Oversight - Provide hands-on support for Salesforce development and administration, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Roadmapping & Strategy - Define and drive the Salesforce roadmap, aligning with business goals.
- Project Oversight - Manage multiple Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
- Budget & Vendor Management - Oversee budgeting for Salesforce initiatives and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors.
- Process Improvement - Continuously refine and enhance Salesforce workflows, integrations, and automation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in Salesforce administration and development.
- Previous experience leading a Salesforce team or mentoring junior team members.
- Ability to balance hands-on technical work with strategic leadership.
- Experience with roadmapping, project planning, and vendor management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvements.
