Morson are partnering with a fantastic business in South Yorkshire who are looking for a HR Operations Manager to join their team.
This is a full-time permanent position offering a salary between £50,000 - £60,000 DOE. Following probation, you will have hybrid working of 2 - 3 days in the office per week.
The HR Manager role is truly operational, and the successful candidate must have experience of being in an operational HR role as a manager before.
The Role:
- Oversee all HR operations duties across the employee lifecycle
- Run 5 UK payrolls end to end
- Management of the Admin function - headcount of 2
- Improving HR processes
- HR system management
- Operational TUPE integrations
- Benefit renewal
- Ensuring agreed SLAs are met
- Ownership of any HR projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience of working in an operational HR manager role
- Experience of managing end to end UK payroll
- Experience of using HR systems
- CIPD qualified
