As an IT Support Engineer, you will act as the first point of contact for IT support, providing effective end user support at local and remote sites within agreed SLAs.As a trusted IT Support Analyst, your role will involve a number of different aspects including helpdesk support, networking, server management, workstation setup and general system monitoring. You will have the opportunity to expand on your technical skills as part of a supportive and friendly team.This role will be primarily based on-site with some flexibility for the right candidate.Package:

£25,000 - £28,000 basic DOE

Experience:

Previous experience in an IT Support role

Microsoft 365 suite
Understanding of ITIL
Understanding of a variety of software + hardware
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
