In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for people seeking legal guidance, providing a supportive, empathetic, and professional service from the outset. Key Responsibilities: • Answering inbound calls and assessing clients’ legal needs.• Providing initial legal information and guidance across a variety of areas, including personal injury, family law, employment disputes, and more.• Gathering essential information and referring clients to the appropriate legal teams.• Delivering excellent client care, ensuring all callers feel heard and supported.• Maintaining accurate records and working within regulatory frameworks. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided but you must be a Law Graduate with at least a 2:1 LLB.
