Your new companyThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a higher education provider in the heart of Sheffield and provide support on busy new project.This is a long term temporary vacancy based in Sheffield city centre that will start in July 2025 and run until June 2025.Key vacancy informationOffice based with some hybrid work once trainedSalary guide £24,55335 hours a week Monday - Friday 9am - 5pmBased in Sheffield city centreYour new roleThis will be a busy role and will report to the Programme Manager leading the project. The main purpose of the role will be to provide admin support to the project. The successful applicant will ideally have held a similar role previously and be able to complete the duties of the role as outlined below- Support the Programme Manager with all admin actions to drive the project- Arrange project related meetings, type up agendas and follow up actions , liaise with all included teams and relevant stakeholders- Take minutes in meetings- Complete project administration tasks including , completing reports, updating action logs for the project- Use JIRA software to manage tickets and updates- Support the project team with ticket queries and updates in the project system- Document handling and filing- Maintaining test logs and reporting in Excel - Intermediate/ Advanced Excel experience would be preferredWhat you'll need to succeedYou will have excellent recent project admin experience and be able to start temporary work in Sheffield quickly.What you'll get in returnOffice based with some hybrid work once trainedSalary guide £24,55335 hours a week Monday - Friday 9am - 5pmBased in Sheffield city centre What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.
