We are seeking a Compliance Officer for a permanent position at a housing association in the Sheffield area.

We are actively looking for a Compliance Officer to join a housing association in Sheffield area on a permanent basis. In return you will receive 25 days annual leave, flexible working, business mileage and additional benefits.As the Compliance Officer, you will be:

Assist with the delivery of asset compliance services across PPM and reactive repair projects
Manage and deliver on the external contract compliance works, ensuring all KPIs and legislations are adhered to
Assist with the financial planning and budget setting across the asset compliance setting for the housing stock
Maintain the review and data to support programs within the department

Qualifications and experience required for this Compliance Officer role:

Experience working within a social housing setting in a similar role.
Relevant qualifications within a compliance role
Knowledge of the requirements with external contractor management within asset and compliance

As the Compliance Officer, you will receive:
