Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – Candidate Specification
- Long-Term, Full-Time!
- Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant
- A 2:1 or higher in core or specialised subjects
- A kind and empathetic nature with a passion for education
- A confident and positive personality
- Great at time management, organisation, and communication
- Able to take initiative, pay attention to details and be a team player
- SEN experience or willingness to work with SEN is a plus but not essential
