Service Manager Location: SheffieldSalary: OTE £55,000 OC18732
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Manager for our client's main dealership in Sheffield.
For this role we need a confident, driven and proven individual, someone who is passionate about the role and bringing the Aftersales team together. Service Manager role:You will be managing a Service department with a team of expierenced Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors, Administration, Parts department and drivers.You will be tasked with the day to day running of the Service and parts department:- Smooth and efficient running of the service department- Controlling spend and overseeing department budgets- Drive customer service- Monitoring KPIs- Driving the team, support and trainingService Manager requirements:- Must have at least 1 years' experience as an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager within the fleet/HGV sector.
- Full UK driving licence.- Strong man management & interpersonal
