Your Role:

  • Exemplary Teaching: Deliver high-quality education and support to learners with complex needs.
  • Holistic Approach: Manage the learner journey, from initial assessment to goal-setting and progress monitoring.
  • Collaborative Environment: Work with a team of specialists, including SaLT and OT services, to provide comprehensive support.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Level 4 Award in Education & Training, PGCE, or Cert Ed. Minimum Level 2 Maths and English.
  • Experience: Proven track record in teaching learners with autism, SLD, and PMLD.
  • Skills: Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate learners.
