Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general administrative tasks such as responding to emails, answering phones, data entry and maintaining records.
  • Handle inbound phone and web inquiries
  • Conduct any research/sales support tasks as required
  • Proactively chase outstanding payments prior to dispatch
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on sales initiatives
  • Greet and assist customers on-site

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
