This vibrant, progressive and fast-growing marketing agency, on the journey to becoming a B Corp, is seeking an Operations Manager to join their ever-expanding team. A pivotal and varied role, you’ll have the opportunity to continue in your learning and development, whilst having the freedom and autonomy to contribute and implement your own ideas.
As Operations Operations Manager you will have the chance to support the core functions by ensuring the effectiveness and execution of key operations. You’ll be coordinating across various departments, driving process improvements, and implementing best practices to enhance overall client satisfaction.
Day to day activities include -
- Rolling out and bedding in a newly implemented project management software system, becoming a super user, overseeing use and best practice, advising on set-up of more complex projects and acting as a liaison between client services, operations and finance
- Providing financial operational support across project lifecycles
- Carrying out financial administration, ensuring the company’s financial processes run to time and are accurate
- Preparing financial reports, analysing data, and providing insights to support decision-making
- Streamlining business workflows and processes, contributing to the development of new and the adaptation of existing processes, to support the smooth running of the business (including employee, client and supplier journeys)
- Build effective relationships with external partners for services including IT support, payroll, finance, HR, recruitment and software suppliers
