Client Account Manager Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales processes and the ability to manage complex solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and a track record of hitting sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Knowledge of the Metering, Billing, and Communal Heating sectors is advantageous.
