Avon Estates is a picturesque and welcoming destination, a short wark from the delightful town of Stratford upon Avon. We take pride in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining our park to the highest standards. We are currently looking for friendly, proactive, and hardworking individuals, or couple, to join our team as Holiday Park Wardens. As a Holiday Park Warden, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the park, ensuring guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable stay. This is a hands-on role that involves a mix of customer service, maintenance, and administrative duties.


JOB SUMMARY:

Competent Park Wardens required to reside on park and assist in the smooth day to day running of the parks. Warden responsibilities include, but are not limited to, general park maintenance, gardening, cleaning of the sales stock and park buildings, holiday home siting, pitch development, reception duties, phone cover, holiday home sales assistance.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Keeping touring & camping facilities clean & well-maintained (including toilets, showers, washing up areas).
  • Keeping the Park tidy & clean: mowing, litter picking, etc.
  • Welcoming customers to the Park and showing them to their pitches/facilities.
  • On call cover several nights a week outside office hours as part of the teams rota.
  • Assisting the maintenance team when required.
  • Assist with administration tasks in the office.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience as Park Warden
  • It is preferred that applicants hold a full driving licence.

  • Willing to help out wherever necessary.
  • Proactive and able to think outside the box.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective written & verbal communication
  • Adaptable, flexible and good at multitasking to juggle tasks and priorities.
  • Is flexible, enthusiastic and can work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
