We are working with a provision in Shrewsbury to recruit for an experiencedEarly Years Assessorfull-time, fixed-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the next generation of Early Years practitioners.
Key Responsibilities for the Early Years Assessor:
- Assessing Early Years students within their nursery placements.
- Providing support and guidance to students to ensure they meet course requirements and develop practical skills.
- Observing, marking, and providing constructive feedback on students' performance.
- Completing associated administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Building strong relationships with students, nursery staff, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Early Years education or assessing (e.g., Level 3 or higher in Early Years, TAQA, A1 Award).
- Experience working within Early Years settings or with Early Years students.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A commitment to supporting students in achieving their full potential.
