Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a well-established manufacturer in their search for a TIG Welder to work in Wem.
For the successful TIG Welder our client is offering:
- Up to £31,000 per annum basic salary
- Monday to Friday, early finish Friday
- Permanent position
- Overtime paid at T1/3 in the week, T1/2 Saturday & Double time Sunday
- 21 days holiday + bank holidays
- Overalls and uniform will be provided
- Upskilling and training will be provided
The role - TIG Welder
- Must be able to work from and understand Engineer drawings
- Using jigs and fixtures to align components accurately for the weld/plate process
- General fabrication work
- Working on one-off pieces and other small batch work.
- Daily use of measuring equipment
What our client is looking for in a TIG Welder:
- City & Guilds or equivalent in Fabrication and Welding -ESSENTIAL
- Experience within a similar role - ESSENTIAL
- Pipe welding experience - ESSENTIAL
- Experience working in an Engineering workshop - ESSENTIAL
