Your Role:
As a Commercial Manager, you’ll be the go-to advisor on all commercial and contractual matters, ensuring financial health, risk mitigation, and compliance. Your leadership will be crucial in managing teams, negotiating contracts, and driving profitability.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide strategic commercial advice to senior leadership.

  • Lead negotiations on contracts and amendments to protect company interests.

  • Maximise revenue, control costs, and maintain strong cash flow.

  • Oversee contract administration, risk management, and financial governance.

  • Mentor and manage a high-performing Commercial Team.

  • Ensure compliance with policies and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.

  • Proven track record in commercial management, ideally in nuclear or regulated sectors.

  • Expertise in NEC Contracts administration.

  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
