- Location: Sidcup
- Duration: Temporary until the permanent role is filled
- Hours: 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday)
- Qualifications:
- A relevant qualification in Careers Guidance, Education, Counseling, or a related field.
- Professional registration or certification (e.g., QCF Level 6 in Careers Guidance or equivalent) is desirable.
- Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Careers Advisor, preferably within an educational setting.
- Experience supporting students with career planning, UCAS applications, CV writing, and employability skills.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, staff, and external organizations.
- Ability to provide one-on-one guidance and run group workshops on career and employability topics.
- Proficiency in using career resources and tools, including online platforms and databases.
