The role

  • Support the Sourcing Manager in supplier audits, contract negotiations, and benchmarking exercises.
  • Maintain supplier records, agreements, and performance dashboards.
  • Collect and analyse market data on materials, logistics, and regional production costs. Assist in risk-assessed project timelines with Estimating & Project Teams.
  • Ensure suppliers meet quality, service, and ethical standards.
  • Identify sourcing opportunities and engage in contract negotiations.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events across Europe & Asia.

About you

  • Degree-educated with a passion for supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel and engage with global suppliers.
  • Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of technical drawings is a plus.
