The role
- Support the Sourcing Manager in supplier audits, contract negotiations, and benchmarking exercises.
- Maintain supplier records, agreements, and performance dashboards.
- Collect and analyse market data on materials, logistics, and regional production costs. Assist in risk-assessed project timelines with Estimating & Project Teams.
- Ensure suppliers meet quality, service, and ethical standards.
- Identify sourcing opportunities and engage in contract negotiations.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events across Europe & Asia.
About you
- Degree-educated with a passion for supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel and engage with global suppliers.
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of technical drawings is a plus.
