Holiday Entitlement: 25 days plus Bank Holidays

About the Role
Join our dynamic Private Client team as a Wills & Probate Solicitor or Paralegal. Were a thriving department, and youll work on a diverse caseload across all aspects of Wills and Probate, providing high-quality legal services and support to our clients.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage a varied caseload of Wills and Probate matters from inception to completion
  • Assist in the allocation of work within the team, including mentoring and supervising junior team members
  • Contribute to our growth by participating in business development initiatives

Key Responsibilities Youll have expertise in:

  • Drafting and advising on Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection matters
  • Trusts, Estate Planning, Wealth Management, and Inheritance Tax planning

About You
To be successful in this role, youll need:

  • Experience: At least 5 years experience handling Wills and Probate cases independently
  • Skills: Strong IT skills and the ability to use a case management system effectively
  • Mindset: A proactive, team-oriented approach and the ability to work on your own initiative
