Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

As the HR Advisor, you will be at the heart of the People Team, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clients' functions. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive support that underpins all HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a HR role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong experience in Employee relations and recruitment.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and UK employment legislation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience or a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • CIPD level 3 qualification.
  • Experience of working in HR in a distribution or FMCG environment.
  • High level of accuracy in handling HR-related data and documents.

  • Offering assistance and guidance on a range of People-related matters.
  • Ensuring that our People processes run smoothly.
  • This is a dynamic and varied role where you will be instrumental in maintaining an organised and responsive People department, directly contributing to the overall employee experience.
  • Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks of the People department, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and updating HR systems and databases.
  • Handle and triage all incoming HR queries, providing prompt and accurate responses.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with the utmost professionalism.
  • Assist with new employee onboarding, including preparing offer letters, contracts, and induction materials.
  • Support the completion of paperwork, background checks, and documentation for new hires.
  • Provide support in employee relations matters, including handling grievances
